SELKEA privacy policy

Fulfilling the information obligations specified in Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27. 2016, 2016/ 679 personal data administrator provides the following information:

9. Information whether providing personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement or a condition for concluding a contract and whether the data subject is obliged to provide them and what are the possible consequences of failure to provide data,

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 (a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, 2016/679 i.e.:

1. Consent granted,

2. The need to perform the contract or take action before concluding the contract,

3. Fulfilment of the legal obligation imposed on the administrator,

4. Necessity for purposes arising form legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or a third party.

The data is processed for the following purposes:

1. Conclusion and implementation of the contract with SELKEA,

2. Providing a free newsletter service,

3. Optimize and increase the efficiency of services provided by SELKEA,

4. Fulfilment of the legal obligation imposed on SELKEA,

5. Archiving,

6. Pursuing claims,

7. Sharing personal data with third parties cooperating with SELKEA in order to provide services to SELKEA.

SELKEA entrusts the processing of personal data to entities that support SELKEA in the provision of services. The entrustment is based on a legally compliant written contract.

Your personal data may be transferred to third countries, including the USA, if www.SELKEA.pl website uses tools such as Google Analytics, etc. and when logging in via Facebook and Google + to website where you provide Your personal data to SELKEA.

The storage period of personal data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which it is processed:

1. in order to perform the contract – 7 years from its conclusion,

2. in order to provide the free newsletter – until consent is withdrawn,

3. for other purposes – for the period required to protect the security and legitimate interests of the administrator, as well as justified by the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the administrator.

You have the right to:

1. request from the administrator access to personal data,

2. request rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,

3. object to processing,

4. data transfer.

To do this, please contact the administrator using the means indicated above.

Administrator without unnecessary delay – and in any case within one month of receiving the request – provide the data subject with information about the actions taken in connection with the implementation of the above-mentioned rights. The Administrator may extend the deadline by another two months due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests. Within one month of receiving the request, the administrator shall inform the data subject of such extension of the deadline, specifying the reasons for the delay. The data subject has the right to choose the form of communication, including electronic form.

If the administrator does not take action in connection with the request of the data subject, shall immediately – no later that within one month of receiving the request – inform the data subject of the reasons for not taking action and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority and using protection measures legal in court.

Communications and actions taken under the privacy policy are free of charge. If the data subjects requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, the Administrator may:

1. charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative cost of providing the information, communication or taking the action requested,

2. refuse to act on the request.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but not passing makes it impossible to conclude a contract and use other services such as the newsletter.

Consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies is voluntary, but failure to do so will not reduce the number of advertisements you receive and will only reduce their relevance to your interests and expectations.

Personal data collected automatically using cookies and similar technologies are not used by SELKEA for profiling.
